Total Family Income (TFI) is used to determine payment categories for patrons using the CDC. CDC fees may be adjusted annually based on Department of Defense (DOD) guidance. In the event of a fee change, the DSCC Child Development Services Coordinator (CDSC) will give patrons written notice at least 30 calendar days in advance of the date of the rate increase. The FY ’07 Fee Scale is as follows:

Payments: Fees are paid directly to the contractor on a weekly basis and are due no later than 6:00 PM on Monday for that week of service. Parents may elect to pay for more than one week at a time, but all services must be paid for in advance.
Multiple Child Discounts: A multiple child discount is offered to families with more than one child enrolled at the CDC. Patrons will pay the full amount for the youngest child. All other children in the family will receive a 10% discount.
