Each year the Civilian Welfare Council requests information from any group on base requesting funding for authorized programs and activities. All requests for funding must be submitted on the Request for Funding form by the specified due date. Requests are considered based on the requirements of approved programs and activities and an annual budget is formed.

Requests for condolence flowers are submitted to the MWR Administrative office on the Flower Order Form.
