Senior Circuit: This is a one hour interval training class for those 55 and older.  It is a great way to burn fat, boost your metabolism and lose weight quickly.  Each interval is for one minute and consists of cardiovascular activities and upper and lower body exercises, followed by a two minute recovery.  This class is taught at three levels, so whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced exerciser, this class if for you!

Zumba: Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. Come join the party and leave everything you thought you knew about aerobic exercise classes at the door. Let's Zumba!

Indoor Cycling: A class that can be solely dedicated to fat burning and gaining complete mind body connection for optimal health and fitness. Because of the use of heart rate monitors in class, this cardio workout is best suited for anyone and everone at any level of fitness.

Line Dancing 101: Take time to dance!  Come have fun and learn easy line dance routines all while getting a great cardiovascular exercise.  A variety of music will be used…so bring a friend and join us for this fun one hour class.

Karate:  This class combines modern methods of martial arts training to include physical conditioning, agility drills and self-defense techniques.

Sculpt Zone: This is a popular all-inclusive “nose to toes” 45 minute workout.  Sculpt Zone is designed like a group personal training class.  Beginners to advanced will firm and strengthen the total body using internal and external resistance.  Sculpt Zone is a comprehensive program for maximum results.

Senior Fitness: This is an excellent one-hour class for those 55 or older, utilizing a set of two-pound weights and a chair.  This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, diminish arthritic conditions and improve balance and coordination.  This class can be modified to accommodate all senior age groups and fitness levels and also the physically challenged.

AbsoGlutely: This is no better way to name this class!  45 minutes of abdominal (belly) and gluteal (butt) exercises to push you to the next level of fitness.  This is the right class for anyone who wants to focus on tighter abs while getting a kick in the seat!

Yoga: Join in for a class of relaxation and stretching. You'll be taken through a series of basic healthy Yoga poses and breathing techniques for better relaxation and stress reduction.

All About Abs: This is an abdominal workout that will strengthen your lower, upper and oblique abdominal muscles. This class is jam-packed with exercises to help you achieve and six-pack and get the abdominal muscles you want.

Trekking: This is a 60-minute treadmill workout that will focus on building solid strength and exhilarating endurance. Each class is not the same, so don't be shy and make this class a part of your weekly routine. We will periodically be using high intensity fun drills and an occasional sprint. Also, we will be climbing up and down steep hills, so come prepared for a hilly adventure.

Power Base A & B: This is a great way to get your weight lifting program finsihed in 45 minutes! Utilizing an instructor-led class environment, Power Base touches on all major muscle groups to give you what you want when you need it! Class A & B will not be identical. Come to both classes for challenging and muscle-specific exercises that will assist you in enjoying a well-rounded healthy lifestyle.

Pilates: This method of exercise focuses on the “core” or torso of the body.  In 45 minutes of challenging moves you will begin to build strength and agility to advance your workout program.  This is a low impact class that will challenge your “powerhouse” muscles (abdominals) to the max!  Providing a relaxing atmosphere, you will come out of this class refreshed and relaxed!

Circuit Training: For 45 minutes, you get it all: 14 station of various exercises to give you a balanced complete routine.  From push-ups to “hydrants” you will leave feeling great!

Strictly Strength: You don't have to spend hours in the gym to get a good lift in. This one-hour training session will work all major muscle groups and a few extra, using everything from free weights to ramps, bosu, stability balls and more. This class is complete with a warm-up and cool down period.

Cardio Circuit: This class combines complete cardio training with four cardio stations for calorie-burning results. Perfect for the cardio junkies and not too intimidating for the beginner who may be looking to begin an exercise program in search of variety but also want to incorporate an essential flexibility session into ther routine. The class will conclude with a 15-minute abdominal/core session to work the torso and help improve your posture and strengthen muscles that are the foundation to everything we do.

Ballroom Dancing: Come learn the basics of the waltz, foxtrot, swing and more with the help of a professional dance instructor.
